We know quite a bit of tuberculosis (TB) in different parts of the body, but somehow TB of the heart has been a bit of a black box, overshadowed by sarcoidosis when it come to granulomatous cardiomyopathy and lack of understanding when it comes to conditions like tumefactive TB.
The video runs through a few cases of TB of the heart from pericardium to myocardium to endocardium and mixed presentations.
