Case 190: MVO and IMH Re-assessed

55 years old had an acute STEMI infarct 7 days prior. He was thrombolysed intravenously on the same day and angiography showed a severe LAD infarct.

The early enhanced images showed severe MVO.

The multiparametric images showed IMH.
