This case describes myocardial and lung changes related to persistent high eosonophil counts. Clinical picture along with lab findings and imaging features confirm the diagnosis. Cardiac involvement is associated with high morbidity and mortality, hence it is important to diagnose these cases early and appropriate manage them.
